Confession 2:00
  • Consider the last 24 hours.
  • When did you feel most distant from God? Why?
Intercession 5:00
Pray for the needs of the sick and suffering.
  • You may wish to keep a journal so you can see God's hand at work.
  • Ask God what this person needs.
  • Visualize this person healthy or free of suffering.
  • Ask God to make this vision true.
  • Ask God to draw them closer to Him through this sickness or suffering.
  • Ask God to bring peace to them during this time.
Consider the Truth 1:00
Read the following out loud.

As a believer, I am secure –
  • I am not condemned before God (Romans 8:1-2)
