Praise and Thanksgiving 2:00
Praise God for what the following name of God means to you.
Jesus, You are the Lord God Almighty Revelation 19:6
Confession 2:00
  • Consider the last 24 hours.
  • When did you feel most distant from God? Why?
Intercession 2:00
Pray for the needs of the sick and suffering.
  • You may wish to keep a journal so you can see God's hand at work.
  • Ask God what this person needs.
  • Visualize this person healthy or free of suffering.
  • Ask God to make this vision true.
  • Ask God to draw them closer to Him through this sickness or suffering.
  • Ask God to bring peace to them during this time.
Dialog with God 5:00
Talk to God about the Psalm or life in general.
Write your thoughts in a journal if desired.
